A moment ago, on the CITY37 blog, I posted an entry 3 Yu-GI-Oh! games which are worth playing, in which I recommended you Yu-GI-Oh! DUEL LINKS. I wrote there that DL is available for smartphones (and tablets) with Android and iOS, and that you can also play on computers, as the game is available on the Steam platform. However, what hardware requirements do we have to meet so the game will run smoothly?
Yu-Gi-Oh! DUEL LINKS - Steam - minimum requirements
Operating system: Windows 10 Home 64 bit.
All 32-bit editions, Windows 8 and older, are dropped here. When it comes to Windows 11, I have not tested the game on this system (so far I have refrained from updating my computer), but I do not see on the internet that people have any problems preventing them from playing, and even if they appear, someone immediately writes back with the solution.
Processor: Intel Core i3-3210
3MB Cache, 3.20 GHz. Intel Core i3-3210 is a processor from the beginning of 2013, so I think most of you have a better processor installed on your computer a long time ago.
Memory: 4 GB RAM
I don't know if, apart from laptops and some workstations, someone has less than 4 GB of RAM in the computer, so I would not worry about anything here either.
Graphics: Intel (R) HD Graphics 4000
Another light requirement and another old integrated graphics. You probably have better graphics in your new Intel, or you can buy a comparable graphics card on the Internet for a few pennies.
Disk Space: 5 GB of available space
If you are not using some tiny SSD as the only disk in your computer for everything, then you won't suffer from lack of free space.
Additional Notes: Monitor with a resolution of 1280 x 720
As it has been a standard for a long time, I would not worry about anything here either.
As you can see, Yu-Gi-Oh! DUEL LINKS has very light minimum requirements and should easily run on any computer, as long as you do not buy some freaks from a local supermarket.

Processor: Intel Core i5-9400F
9M Cache, up to 4.10 GHz. 6-core from early 2019, still on shelves in computer stores, Coffee Lake family.
Memory: 8 GB RAM
So practically the base amount in gaming computers. Unless you have a laptop with 4 GB RAM soldered, without the possibility of expansion, you will be able to easily expand your memory to this amount.
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
We have a crisis in the graphics card market and it will not change quickly. Therefore, even such base cards as the GTX 1650 are insanely expensive and sometimes for the price of the card itself, we can buy a smartphone on which we will run Duel Links smoothly. If you have such a card, it's great. If not... it's hard for me to advise you anything here.
Disk Space: 16 GB of available space
16 GB for a card game is quite a lot, but here we also take into account updates and card arts in higher resolution, so we have to prepare so much space anyway.
Additional Notes: 1920 x 1080 resolution monitor
That is... practically every new cheapest monitor available in the store ;)
